Consultation with Detailed Analysis

During this consultation, we meet with the homeowner, overview the concept and benefits of effectively merchandising their home, tour the residence, and provide a detailed analysis of everything that should be done to the house, inside and out, to best prepare it for sale. This fee is outlined below.

Room Editing

Similar to a one day makeover, our team does the work for you. After meeting with the homeowner to discuss what needs to be done to maximize the sales potential of the home, we come in and perform miracles. Most often it is much more effective and efficient for the home seller to utilize our room editing services because we bring a fresh eye and an experienced knack for neutralizing that most home sellers can't match in their own home. In addition, it minimizes the work for the homeowner.

Furniture and/or Accessory Rental

Many clients choose to "rent" lamps, plants, furniture and/or accessories from us while the house is on the market. We can furnish the whole home, partial rooms, or supplement existing furnishings as necessary. We find that, in most cases, it is not necessary to furnish the entire house.
